The board of directors of Wallowa Lake Rural Fire Protection District will hold a public hearing to discuss and act on a plan to donate surplus firefighting equipment to Joseph Fire Department and Walla Walla Community College. The hearing will be at 7 p.m. Monday, Feb. 18, at the Wallowa Lake fire station, 60000 Mt. Howard Lane. The board's regular monthly meeting will follow.
